We have all heard the story of Milarepa, the Tibetan master who pushed his hand directly into the solid stone wall of a cave because he overcame the belief that he couldn't.
When we hear a story like Milarepa's, we pause and think, Wow, that is incredibly powerful, I wish I was like that!
But what if I told you that you are like that?
You might not be softening stone, but you have already pushed through "impossible" walls in your own life:
The exam nobody believed you could pass, yet you did.
The illness the doctors doubted you could survive, yet you thrived.
The relationship nobody rooted for, yet you built it, nurtured it, and lived it.
What made those situations feel like solid, unmovable walls at first? A belief. And what allowed you to break through them? Another belief. This is the choice we face every day—what to believe.
A Mid-Year Reflection
Today, many of you have noticed that we started the second half of the year. It is a great time to pause and look at what we have done so far. Which walls have you pushed through, and which walls are you still allowing to block your path?
If you are currently facing a "wall" in your life and are ready to push into it by shifting your perspective, I would love to support you. Simply book a discovery call to chat.
