How to Live Each Moment to the Fullest

THE BONFIRE BREW

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this month’s community call!

Our gathering centered on a single core question: How do we live each moment to the fullest?

We often think presence requires adding something new, but true presence is about allowing each moment to simply be what it is. Just as nature flows effortlessly through changing seasons, our lives can move with the same organic grace. Yet to allow a moment to be, we must loosen our grip on our rigid beliefs—the stories of how things should be, and who we think we are in those moments.

Here is a summary of the journey we took together:

  • Arriving in the Body: We grounded ourselves with deep belly breathing and soothing Havening touch, bringing our nervous systems into the safety of the present.

  • The Flow of Seasons & Organic Growth: We reflected on how nature transitions without friction or fear. Community members shared areas of life where their own growth already feels completely natural—like connecting with others, personal development, and deep listening.

  • The Sanddorn Balance Metaphor: We asked: Why doesn’t every moment feel like that natural flow? Using the mesmerizing Sanddorn Balance art form, we saw how we constantly carry an invisible, heavy structure made of rigid beliefs about ourselves and our lives. When our energy is entirely consumed by holding that structure upright to prove an old belief true, we cannot truly receive what this moment has to offer.

  • Loosening the Structure: To release that grip, we asked: “What belief is blocking me from experiencing this moment as it is?” After locating the physical tension in the body, we drew sharp, jagged lines on paper, letting the mind and body discharge the rigidity directly onto the page. Over time, as the sharp points softened into fluid curves, we made space for a gentle "maybe." We closed with hands on our hearts, thanking our bodies and minds for protecting us.

  • Expanding Possibility: We looked at real-life stories from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s testimonials to remind ourselves of the profound healing and transformation that happens when we step out of old identity loops.

Take the Practice With You

Whenever you feel yourself fighting the present moment or resisting change, grab a pen and paper. Feel the tension, scribble out the rigid edges, and give yourself permission to let the lines curve. By loosening the structure, you invite the moment to unfold naturally—and you allow yourself to inhabit it fully.

Thank you all for your vulnerability, wisdom, and warm presence around our virtual bonfire. See you next month!
