Thank you to everyone who joined us for our last community call at The Bonfire Brew! We gathered around the virtual fire with our favorite warm drinks to tackle a universal question: Does it rain on everyone?

The short answer is yes—the corporate storms, burnout traps, and unexpected squeezes of life are completely inevitable. However, our workshop proved that the strength of our "umbrella"—which is simply the daily habits we build—makes all the difference in whether we get drenched or stay dry.

What We Covered:

  • Our Habits as Our Shield: We explored 10 core health and lifestyle habits compiled from the Harvard Study of Adult Development and Blue Zones research.

  • A Tale of Two Lives: We followed two characters, Joe and Jack, through four seasonal life storms. Though they faced the exact same external pressures, their contrasting habit scores led to completely different life outcomes.

  • The "Begin Again" Game: We closed by looking at the 4 stages of attention and discussed how real change isn't overnight. It is built one tiny, frictionless stitch at a time.
